Dec. 3, 2025 - Five Comal ISD student athletes signed letters of intent to play the sport of their choice at the collegiate level during the second signing day events of the school year.
As family, friends, coaches and teammates looked on, student athletes from three of Comal ISD’s high schools signed letters of intent to play their sport at the next level.
Four of the five will continue playing football with Canyon High School’s Luke Bell signing with Texas Tech University and Jackson Reagan signing with Utah State; Davenport High School’s Barrett Fallon signed with Fordham University; and Smithson Valley High School’s Hudson Woods signed with Southern Methodist University.
Rounding out the day’s celebrations was softball player Bailey Cowan from CHS who signed to play at Penn State Beaver.
